This notice explains how Olfi ("we", "us") handles the information you provide through the Request an invite and Contact forms on our website. It is written to meet expectations across the EU/EEA & UK (GDPR/UK-GDPR), the United States (incl. CCPA/CPRA), India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and the UAE (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

• Invite request: your name, email address, company, and designation.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as the approximate time of submission. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers on this website.

Why we collect it

Solely to evaluate and manage early-access requests, to respond to your enquiry, and to contact you if a seat opens for your profile. We rely on your consent (given by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in operating a screened waitlist. We do not sell or share your details, run ads, or make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.

Where it goes and how long we keep it

Submissions are recorded in a private spreadsheet accessible only to our team. We keep them until we have decided on your access, or until you ask us to remove them, and no longer than is necessary for that purpose.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may request to access, correct, delete, or export your details, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything you have already shared. To exercise any of these, email privacy@olfi.ai and we will action it promptly.
